This meal makes me want to sing sweet praises to the "lard" all mighty! We first start off by rubbing the free range pork baby back rib racks with a paleo seasoning rub. The rub sets into the rack for over 12 hours in the fridge. Then we cook the ribs for 5 hours, basting and turning every 20 minutes with our AH-mazing blueberry BBQ sauce. This meal is a serious labour of love and will be sure to have you praising our paleo chef skills! On the side is roasted butternut fries and cauliflower rice.
