Heating Instructions (FRESH MEALS): Heat oven to 350f. Transfer meal to an ovenproof tray or dish. Bake for 5 mins, turning occasionally. Serve hot.
Microwave - Leave lid ajar so that air can pass through,
Heat for 3-4 mins. Serve hot and enjoy!
Heating Instructions: (FROZEN MEALS) In a bowl of warm water, thaw sealed package for 3 mins. Open bag, place contents into pot on stove top and heat with lid on for 5-7mins stirring occasionally.
Microwave: place contents into microwave safe bowl. Heat for 5-7mins stirring occasionally. Serve hot and Enjoy!!
blueberry chipotle ribs
-Ingredients: Ribs; free range, hormone and antibiotic Paradise Valley pork, garlic, mustard powder, smoked paprika, coconut sugar, onion powder, salt and pepper. The sauce; blueberries, red onion, coffee, apple juice, coconut aminos, ginger, garlic, tomato paste, balsamic vinegar, coconut nectar, cinnamon, smoked paprika, cumin, cayenne, chipotle, liquid smoke, salt and pepper. Yam is baked with nothing added. Coleslaw is red and green cabbage with the dressing is made from raw free range eggs, olive oil, mango, lime juice, apple cider vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper.
