We have made some changes going into the new year. With the influx of new business, we have created some further policies to help provide you better service
Coolers - Every customer will now receive a cooler. This is a great option for you as there is no need to have to be home to wait for deliveries.
Delivery - We have moved all orders to be delivered through a professional courier service. Our service assures the delivery is to be made by 2pm each day. Should you need a specific window of time, let us know and we will do our best to make the request happen.
Subscriptions - We brought about the subscriptions to help save you money as well as never have the need to remember when the order deadline is. Unfortunately with growth has come some hiccups with this and we have had to implement some policies in regards to the amount of times a subscription can be paused or put on hold. Here is an excerpt from our terms & conditions:
Please note that the subscription service gives our customers a discount for their loyal and continuing business. Because of this, subscriptions can only be put on hold a maximum of 3 times per quarter, more than that will result in a $12 administration fee. In addition, if a subscription plan is cancelled within the first 30 days of purchase, the customer will be responsible for the difference in price for the discount given.
