The pop-up restaurant will take place in a spectacular private home that just completed a multi-million-dollar renovation (this place is absolutely stunning). Once you have purchased your ticket, we will provide you with the exact location.
We are featuring a 5 course plated dinner. Our two top chefs are cooking up a feast which will feature the 10 grass fed lambs coming in next week from Freith Farms (just outside of Kamloops). The seasonal produce features our favourite organic veggie farm, Laughing Crow Organics of Pemberton.
Details about the full menu and pricing will be released tomorrow. As this is a private residence, you get to bring your own wine, with no corkage fee! We have some very knowledgeable wine connoisseurs on staff and are happy to point you in the direction of great pairings.
