When does my credit card process?
After your first initial order, your credit card will be processed just after midnight on Thursday's.
How do I change my order?
You can do so by logging into your account and make the changes online. You can also email us at email@example.com and make any changes you need. Please keep in mind that all changes must be in by Wednesday's at 4 pm.
Can I choose my meals?
Unfortunately, you cannot, the purpose of the subscription is to have the food delivered to you each week. It is a new menu, every single week. Should there be an ingredient or allergen that you cannot have, let us know and that meal gets swapped for a different meal.
What are your delivery days?

There is a meal coming up which I'm really not excited about, can I swap it for something different?
Yes, of course! We want you to enjoy every morsel.But please be aware, there are limitations to 'swaps'.
What if I have allergies?
Before you ask this question, check out our ingredients policy and see if this helps. Our food is made in large batches, however, sometimes we can accommodate on a case by case basis. Please contact us directly to see if we can help.
How do I skip a week?

How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on orders over $150, under that, it depends on your delivery area. See here for more details on delivery charges.
When is delivery?
Delivery is every Sunday for the Whistler, Squamish, Pemberton. Monday for Greater Vancouver and the Lower Mainland.
Where do you deliver too?
We locally deliver to all of the Sea-Sky Corridor, Vancouver and the Lower Mainland. We do use courier services for rest of Canada.
Do I have to be home for delivery?
No, your order will be delivered in a cooler, with ice packs.
Can I do a subscription of just frozen meals?
Of course! Send us an email, our team will send you over an invoice which you can use to checkout online, simple!
Can I buy a subscription for someone else?
Yes, in fact, it happens more often than you may think. Whether it's a gift or a nice surprise, you can do so yourself online or contact us to help you.
How do I cancel or pause my subscription?

Nope, we'd be sorry to see you go, but, hey, we get it. Change is inevitable.
