Blueberry Chipotle Ribs

  • This meal makes me want to sing sweet praises to the "lard" all mighty! We first start off by rubbing the free range pork baby back rib racks with a paleo seasoning rub. The rub sets into the rack for over 12 hours in the fridge. Then we cook the ribs for 5 hours, basting and turning every 20 minutes with our AH-mazing blueberry BBQ sauce. This meal is a serious labour of love and will be sure to have you praising our paleo chef skills! On the side is roasted butternut fries and cauliflower rice.
  • PROTEIN: Free Range Pork Ribs smothered and slow cooked

    RUB: Chipotle BBQ (garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, ground mustard, smpked paprika, cumin, cinnamon, pepper, salt)

    SAUCE: Chipotle Blueberry BBQ (garlic, red onion, stock, olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, tomato paste, chipotle, coconut nectar, bay leaf, balsamic vinegar, liquid smoke, blueberries)

    SIDE: Butternut, fries

    SIDE: Cauliflower Rice, onion, oil, salt
