Pepper Steak Puttanesca


  • 100% grass-fed beef paired with a spaghetti squash, red pepper, tomato, olive, and garlic. We also put a bit of anchovy in there to keep the integrity of the Puttanesca original recipe. Almonds give this sauce a nice texture and the flavour compliments the rest of the meal.

    SAUCE: Puttanesca (roasted peppers, canned tomato, almonds, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, salt, paprika, cayenne, anchovy, olives, chives)

    SIDE: Spaghetti Squash- roasted and pulled

    GARNISH: parsley, fresh chopped
