Fresh Meal- Pollo a la Brasa



  • This is a staple on the menus of Peruvian restaurants. This dish is full of tangy and cool flavours, perfect to help welcome the season! We start with free range chicken from Abbotsford and marinate it for over 12 hours in blend of lime juices, cilantro, paprika and garlic. Each meal comes with free range chicken breast, steamed cauliflower and roasted carrots. Verde jalapeno aioli sauce will accompany this meal, it does have a kick to it so we leave it up to you whether or not you want to dip!
  • PROTEIN: Free range chicken breast

    MARINADE: Pollo (coriander, lime juice, salt, paprika, apple cider vinegar, olive oil)

    SAUCE: Verde Aioli (free range egg, apple cider vinegar, salt, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil + lime juice, jalapeno, cilantro)

    SIDE: Cauliflower, steamed

    SIDE: Carrots, rosemary roasted
